Here is the five step process we use to help you achieve results.
1. Assessment
We partner with you closely to offer training solutions that will address your needs. Your "best practices" will be identified in this process.
2. Involvement
Your team will be involved in helping us to determine what they need and WANT to learn. They will be involved during the program with open dialog, role-playing and small-group idea-sharing/problem solving sessions.
3. Design and Delivery
We will create and deliver a program that will provide skills and techniques to help improve performance and profitability. Educational materials will be designed to be an ongoing valuable resource long after your program is over. We will also provide them with a process to implement the skills they learn.
4. Reinforcement
We reinforce our training with a variety of effective techniques, including teleconferences, coaching and e-mail support.
5. Support
Your people will have access to us via telephone and e-mail to assist them in implementing the skills.
