provide a successful result. Below is information for our valued
clients, meeting planners and conference planners. As you review
it, please keep in mind that she believes that a good speaker can
deliver an excellent presentation under any circumstances. She also
believes in the importance of being highly professional, exceeding
client expectations, and being yet easy to work with We believe
that is why over 85% of our business comes from repeat clients and
referrals.
Christine is versatile. Be Cost Effective
The majority of our clients engage Christine's services to deliver
more than one presentation at the same meeting, conference or seminar.
For example, you and your group will receive added value when you
book her for a general session keynote and follow it with an educational
session. Or, book her to deliver two to three break-out sessions.
For company events, clients often engage her services to provide
a sales program, and follow it with a seminar for your management
team or customer service team.
Publish Christine
Clients who have engaged Christine's services to speak at an upcoming
meeting, conference, or seminar find value in featuring her articles
in their publication and on their web site prior to her engagement.
A link to this site is included. This practice has proven to be
mutually beneficial, and is provided as a value-added service

Christine will tie your theme into her entire presentation or help
you to create a theme if you wish.

Christine will E-mail the introduction to you.
AV Requirements
Wireless lavaliere microphone, separate microphone for introducer,
data-projector for Powerpoint presentation, (Christine brings her
laptop) screen, small table on platform for her materials, etc.
- Large table placed in back of the room for books, materials etc.
Cassette tape/CD player through house system. Let her know when
she can test the AV when the room will not be occupied.
Room set-up
Stairs should be placed in the front of the platform so Christine
can get down into the audience. She does not use a podium. If a
podium is needed, we recommend you put it either on the floor, or
on the far right or left of the platform, and slightly back.
Keynote Presentation-- Theatre style is best. Avoid straight rows
of chairs, angle them slightly in a semi-circle or slight V shape.
A wide center row with two aisles on each side, side rows angled
toward the stage is highly effective.
Break-out Session/Educational Seminar-- Chevron style is best.
Round tables--half-moon style is best.
Hotel, Ground Transportation, etc.
Christine prefers a non-smoking room, preferably with a nice view
and not too far from the meeting room. Please let us know if someone
will meet her at the airport, if there is a shuttle service directly
to the hotel, or if she should take a taxi to the hotel. When she
arrives, she will report to you immediately. Let us know where to
find you and the name of the meeting room.
Tips to Maximize the Presentation and the Environment
Handling the multitude of details related to event planning is an
awesome task. We appreciate the efficiency, creativity and professionalism
of our meeting and conference planners. Thanks to them, we continue
to learn more ideas from every speaking engagement to help ensure
a successful result. Below are tips for your review.
Platform/Speaking Area-- should be absolutely as close to
the audience as possible to create a sense of closeness and
help the speaker to connect with the group.
Hotel Staff--Nothing is more disturbing than to try to concentrate
on a presentation and the hotel staff in the next room is noisy.
Remind the hotel staff to please be quiet behind the meeting room--especially
if it is next to the kitchen.
Back of the Room - Rope off the last few rows until the
first rows are filled.
Doors - tape them around the latches if they are noisy.
This can cause a distraction if people come in late, or must leave
the room.
Introducer--Make sure your speaker is ready before you introduce
them. Never introduce a speaker unless they are in eye-view. Christine
will be within eye view of the introducer. Be sure the introducer
is a strong speaker who can provide an upbeat introduction. It is
also appreciated by most speakers if the introduction is read exactly
as provided. Please ask for a separate microphone for the introducer.
Scheduling -Like every other speaking professional, Christine would like to be scheduled to present at the "kick"off of an event, or in the early a.m. The second presentation can be late that a.m. or in the early afternoon. If a special event is planned such as a golf outing, your group will be more focused if you do not schedule Christine just prior to the outing.
Room Monitor-It is helpful and more efficient to have a volunteer assigned to assist in passing out educational materials, helping with seating, answering questions, etc.
